PONTIFEX TAROT connects two tarot traditions. In this regard, the cards are divided into two decks and allow for two different approaches. The first, consisting of 78 divinatory cards, follows the British tradition in the sequence and use of colors according to the system established by the Order of the Golden Dawn. The second, consisting of 33 meditation cards, is enriched by the symbols of the 22 Major Arcana and the 10+1 Sephirot. This latter set provides a key for the unification of the British tradition with the French one.

The PONTIFEX TAROT aims to bridge two traditions. To accomplish this task, it is conceived in two different approaches. The first, consisting of 78 Divinatory cards, follows the British tradition in the order of the trumps and the use of color according to the system laid out bei the ORDER OF THE GOLDEN DAWN. The second, realized in the 33 symbol laden Meditation cards for 22 Major Arcana and 10+1 Sephirot, directly gives an entry in uniting the differing traditions of the British and French school.
